Community Workforce Partnership, an award-winning organization, consists of community leaders, business professionals, and workforce and economic specialists who have come together to have an ongoing dialogue concerning workforce development in the South Plains Region. Recent projects include:

ATC Technology Center is a facility that delivers state-of-the-art computerized testing and training services to professional organizations, individuals, and businesses using computer-based technologies, internet, and other cutting-edge technologies. The ATC Technology Center is located at Reese Technology Center.

Byron Martin Advanced Technology Center is a unique educational venture involving the Lubbock Independent School District, South Plains College, and a number of community partners.
